Easter just wouldn’t be the same without the perfect lunch to celebrate the day. That’s why, at Hillier, we have created a delicious, two-course menu for you to enjoy.

Featuring all the favourites of the spring season, this delightful menu has something for every taste – including roast breast of turkey, pork and orange stuffing with cranberry sauce & gravy or an individual vegetable, apricot & goat cheese bake with balsamic gravy, both accompanied with roast potatoes, thyme scented parsnips & carrots and seasonal greens. Alternatively, there is an appealing 21 day aged beef, accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, seasonal greens, horseradish cream and red wine gravy for you to feast upon. Finish this off with something sweet and choose from the apple & cherry crumble with custard sauce, an indulgent chocolate brownie with white chocolate sauce & ice cream or a baked vanilla cheesecake, with peach & raspberry sauce.
