I have placed an order online, but have now decided I do not want the item. How do I cancel it and get a refund?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via our online form and we can discuss with you the reasons for the cancellation and help process it.

There is something wrong with an item I ordered. Can I request a refund?

We are very sorry to hear if there is anything wrong with an item purchased via our Online Shop or one of our Hillier Garden Centres. 

Please contact us via our online form and let us know more about the item in question and what is wrong with it. We will work with you to resolve any problem.
