Visitors to Hillier Garden Centre Marlow can now spot signs of development work throughout the Centre. Significant investment is being made into improvement works, with changes made to the plant area, restaurant and shop.

The transformation process began in mid-February 2020 and will continue in stages throughout spring. Once complete, visitors will find it easier to locate the right plants for the right area of their garden thanks to new tables and clear signs in the attractive plant area. Inside, the shop area will undergo a refit, improving the layout and experience as well as bringing in new ranges, including quality furniture and gift items. The addition of a new covered entrance in summer will mark the culmination of the refit.

The Mulberry & Thyme Restaurant is also in the process of a full refurbishment. This will include the creation of a private and peaceful function room that can hold events and workshops, like the extremely popular hanging baskets and planted container workshop in May 2020.

Marlow joined the Hillier Garden Centre family in late June 2019, when Hillier took over the site previously owned by Wyevale. The transformation of the centre will be a major step forward in showcasing the top-quality plants and exciting product ranges that Hillier is renowned for, as well as creating an improved space for events and workshops.
