This exceptional hardy semi evergreen perennial Helleborus HGC Ice N Roses Early Red would be a great addition to plant in any garden. This produces deep purple forward facing flowers with a yellow centre, along with dark green leathery leaves creating a striking display in late winter and early spring. Great for darker borders in winter and spring as well as woodland gardens or in containers in any landscape. 'Early Red' thrives in well-drained soil and partial to full shade. Low maintenance and deer resistant it requires minimal pruning, primarily to remove faded flowers and damaged leaves. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged to ensure optimal growth.
