The Heuchera Obsidian is a striking perennial renowned for its dramatic near black glossy leaves contrasting with clusters of cream flowers which appear June-July on wiry stems. This versatile plant thrives in partial shade and adapts well to different soil types in landscapes, provided they're well draining. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Remove spent flower stalks for a tidy appearance. As the Obsidian is low maintenance it's an ideal choice for borders, rock gardens or containers in many gardens and outdoor spaces for both expert and novice gardeners.
