The following is in regards to Hillier Gift Cards and HTA National Garden Gift Vouchers.

Activation:

Each Gift Card must be activated individually at the point of payment by a colleague at the till, or an operator if purchased on online. Hillier will dispatch any gift cards purchased online within 2 business working days.

Redemption:

Hillier Gift Cards may be used to purchase eligible products both in Hillier Garden Centres and online at www.hillier.co.uk. When making a purchase, the amount will be deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any remaining balance will be stored on the Gift Card. If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be covered using another payment method. Hillier reserves the right to provide Gift Card purchasers with updates on the redemption status of their cards.

Expiration:

Hillier Gift Cards, including any unused balances, expire two years from the date of purchase.

In exceptional circumstances please contact us if you’re worried about the expiration of your Hillier Gift Card as we may be able to assist with an extension.

Limitations:

The minimum amount required to activate a gift card is £5 and the maximum balance a gift card may hold is £500. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. They cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Unused Gift Card balances on a Hillier Gift Card may not be transferred to another Gift Card.

Should a purchase made on a gift card be returned any money owing will be returned to the original Gift Card. If you do not have the original Gift Card, a new one will be issued.

Risk of Loss:

You must treat Gift Cards as if they were cash. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon delivery to themselves. Hillier is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or the unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

Fraud:

Hillier reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used for purchases.

Liability:

Hillier makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, the sole remedy and liability of Hillier will be the replacement of such Gift Card.

General Terms:

The use of Hillier Gift Cards is subject to the Hillier Gift Card terms and conditions. Hillier reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

National Garden Gift Vouchers:
